Your recovery is part of our care

Any specific post operative care advice will be discussed with you by your surgeon at the time of surgical booking and prior to going home (including medications, post operative dressings care, dietary modifications, any mobility restrictions such as heavy lifting & physical activity).

Please ensure you have a responsible adult to take you home. 

Further detailed post-operative care advice will be provided to you by your surgeon in written format (including any dietary recommendations - procedure dependant) at the time of discharge from hospital.
