Dr Lisa Murnane is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with 20 years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian. Lisa’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science, a Master’s of Nutrition & Dietetics, and a PhD studying the role of muscle health, nutrition, and sarcopenia in patients undergoing surgical treatment for oesophageal and gastric cancer.
Lisa has worked primarily as a Senior Dietitian at a large tertiary hospital for many years, having gained extensive experience in a wide range of clinical areas, providing nutrition assessments and evidence-based dietary interventions and counselling before and after gastrointestinal surgery, specifically bariatric and oncology surgery.
